By purchasing any product from Strive Peptide, the buyer affirms and agrees to all of the following:

• Research Purpose Only. All compounds are purchased exclusively for legitimate in vitro laboratory research or scientific investigation. No intent to use, administer, or distribute for human or animal therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic purposes.
• Not FDA Approved. None of the compounds sold by Strive Peptide have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
• Qualified Purchaser. The buyer is a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or accredited institution with appropriate facilities and authorization to handle research chemicals.
• No Resale for Consumption. Products will not be resold, reformulated, or represented in any way that implies fitness for human or animal consumption or therapeutic use.
• Legal Compliance. The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research chemicals.
• Indemnification. The buyer indemnifies and holds harmless Strive Peptide and its officers from any claims, damages, or liability arising from misuse or unauthorized use of any purchased compound.
